What is the process for coordinating our event with you?Once your contract has been signed and your deposit has been received, we'll send you a Wedding/Special Event data sheet which you'll fill out & return to us at least 2 weeks before your date. This sheet will contain all the info we'll need to make your event run smoothly. This data will include: 1) Timeline/location for ceremony, cocktail & reception. 2) Bridal party intros- name(s), intro order along with song choices for bridal party, parents & bride/groom. 3 Name of person(s) doing a toast 4) special requests 5) info for Cake Cutting, Garter removal & toss etc Once we receive your data sheet, we'll review it then setup a time to speak with you to go over all of your details.

What style of music do you play?We cover it all...music from the 1940s through to today's hottest hits. Be sure to checkout our Songlist page.

Do you offer music for ceremony & cocktail hour?We sure do: 1) Ceremony-pianist 2) Cocktail hour-one musician (either guitar or piano) -fee is included in the band price. If preferred, DJ music is another option. 3) Cocktail hour options: guitar/sax guitar/sax/piano guitar/sax/piano/percussion

Can we add a horn section to the band?Yes, We do it all the time.

What time will the band arrive for setup?We'll arrive 2 hours before start time to setup.

We have a stage. What size stage do we need to provide for the band to fit?We don't require a stage to perform but if you choose to have one. 2-4pc 8 X 12 5-7pc 12 X 16 8-10 12 X 24

How much do I pay & when?When you book the band, you'll pay a 25% deposit which will lock in your date. The balance is due 2 weeks before your event.

Will you learn our 1st dance song?Yes, we will. Some couples do prefer the original recording of their song. If that's the case, Our DJ will play it for them.

Does the band provide a sound system?We sure do, we're self-contained. We use Bose high end audio systems.

We have older relatives that may not like the band's volume once the party kicks in? What are our options?It's always best to seat the older folks toward the back of your room, away from the bandstand.

Do we need to provide a meal for the band?It's not required but is very much appreciated. Your caterer may have a vendor meal option that would satisfy the band & keep your costs lower.

How many breaks does the band take?The band takes one 20 min break while your main course is served. During that time, music will still be playing.

Does the band provide a mic for speeches, toasts etc?Yes, we have a wireless mic for anyone wishing to do so.

We're having a very small reception, only 50 guests. Do you offer a smaller version of your band?Yes, we do. We also perform as a 5 pc, a duo or trio. Check out our trio video below!

We're looking for something very laid back, maybe just a pianist & vocalist, for a formal cocktail reception. Is that something you offer?We can easily accommodate. Check us out!

Can you MC my event?Of course, Laura is an excellent MC & will keep your event running smoothly throughout.

Do you offer continuous music?Yes we do, with our live band/dj alternating throughout your event. This way you have the best of both worlds. Some couples do prefer the live band (no dj) for their entire event. If so, we can provide that service.

Who will be my contact the day of?Rick & Laura will be your contact throughout the planning process & day of your event.

Can the band play outside?Yes, but we require a covered flat, dry surface to play on. We also need close access to electricity. Heat & weather can damage our instruments so please have a backup plan to play it safe.

Can the band play overtime?Yes we can. We'll state the overtime fee per 1/2 hour on your contract so you'll know the costs ahead of time.

My wedding is in New York. Will you travel there?Yes, we will. We also cover Pennsylvania and all of New Jersey. If the travel time is more than 2 hours though, we do charge an additional fee.

What happens if one of band members gets sick?If an unforeseen sickness arises, we will replace with a musician of equal talent.

Do you play same-sex weddings?Yes we do!
